Description
Our national beehive with a flat roof is made from New Zealand pine. This national beehive comes flat packed with a complete set of assembly instructions or assembled, but please note that it does not come with frames and wax.
Composition:
- Varroa Floor (including mesh) with slide out inspection tray and removable entrance block with summer and winter holes.
- A standard Brood box and 2 Super boxes, all with metal runners.
- A Metal Queen excluder and a pine Crown board with cut outs for 2 x porter bee escapes (not included).
- A pre-assembled 4in flat roof with aluminium cover.
Please note this Hive is empty and does not come with frames and wax - these can be purchased in our Frames and Wax section if required.
You will not receive:- Glue, nails, frames, wax or bees!

I normally buy cedar hives but purchased this hive to fill an emergency. Good quality, easy to assemble. The bonus was that the food came assembled. I shall buy more once it’s back in stock.
